It is no secret that Maria Menounos has body karate. We post about it whenever we can and so does most of the internet. Gracing the cover of the July/August issue of Women’s Health, Menounos gives out her secrets for staying in such great shape, despite eating “pizza, french fries, cheeseburgers” and going to Chile’s for their Loaded Potato Skins.

One of her secrets, as outlined in her book The EveryGirl’s Guide to Life, is a workout that is done in bed. I don’t know about the rest of you red-blooded males reading this, but my mind is racing right now with possibilites.
