This week’s honors go to Heidi Watney. First I must tip the imaginary hat on my head to both @Seef24 and @Fspeezy23 for their recommendation that Heidi be an HDH. Clearly this was a wise choice and an easy decision. Heidi grew up in California and is the daughter of the golf coach at Fresno State, Mike Watney. You may also know her cousin, Nick. He’s pretty good at golf as well. I think it is safe to say that Heidi can swing wrenches with the best of them, which leads me to the inevitable conclusion that she can beat 18-hole 112. I call that score “Peaches and Cream” for obvious reasons. Any way, Heidi was first runner up (boo) at the Miss California pageant in 2002. She also graduated from University of San Diego in 2003, with honors. Beauty and brains is not the only thing she has going for her. If you are in the Boston area be sure to be on the look out for Heidi during Red Sox games as she is the on field reporter for NESN.
