It has been a LeBron-esque week for the new year, but it seems as though the hype is finally over. Jim Harbaugh will be introduced today as the new head coach of the 49ers, according to ESPN’s Adam Shefter. Harbaugh will be in a good position to do well quick, assuming that the 49ers get a significant upgrade at the quarterback position. The deal is a 5 year contract worth $25 million dollars. Congrats to Jed York and the 49ers organization on landing one hell of a coach. A press conference is expected for later this afternoon for the team to introduce Jim Harbaugh as their next coach.
