Due to stupid rules and regulations, if you are not a CBS affiliate news channel, you cannot show highlights from the NCAA March Madness Tournament until the day after the game. Obviously, that is a terrible rule and it only gets worse the farther your team makes it into the tournament. One station in Gainesville, Florida found a loop hole by recreating the highlights from the Florida Gators win over the Dayton Flyers.
News anchor Zach Aldridge, meteorologist Mike Gismondi and a couple others from the news station played a 2-on-2 version of the Florida vs. Dayton game. This recreation is complete with Aldridge doing the commentary and even a slow motion replay.
