Canada is known for their healthcare system and how they like to take care of their citizens. Apparently no one falls through the cracks, excuse the pun, in the Great White North.
A non-profit organization in Vancouver has installed two vending machines that distribute crack pipes for $0.25 cents a pop to help cut down on the spread of Hepatitis C and HIV.
According to this Time.com article, the machines hold 200 pipes and are refilled every five days. They even cater to the fashion conscious crack head by offering polka-dotted paraphernalia.
