The Open Championship is coming quickly. And when I say quickly, I mean on Thursday. For some or most of you, you may have trouble following golf. I get that, I really do. Some of you may only be interested in watching the Majors while some will watch whenever it is on. This is a post for the both of you. To make things more intriguing to the fairweather golf fan and just add a little something extra for the loyal fan, GolfHub presents their Pick’em Challenge for the The Open.
It’s really simple. Log on here and proceed to pick 8 players for your team. From all of the valid entries, the winner will be determined based on the combined earnings of their team of players in the championship. If someone from your team withdraws gets disqualified, their earnings will be submitted as $0.00.
This contest is free for everyone to give a whirl and the best part is the grand prize! You and three of your friends will get a weekend golf getaway in Las Vegas! You will stay at the Suncoast Resort and get a round of golf at Angel Park Golf Club and Badlands Golf Club, plus $500 in cash. The Suncoast is right across the street from Angel Park and I have personally played both of these clubs (terribly) and they are awesome.
